WARREN BUFFET`S SIMPLE MONEY SECRETS

Warren Buffet is the richest investor on planet earth and the only good investor there can be is the rich one.
Though very many people view investing as gambling, Warren buffet understands whatever business he invests in and these are some of the secrets to being a rich investor

Rich is a state of mind. Your beliefs are going to determine the way you perceive wealth, the decisions you make and the way you act towards it.

Success is about more than your bank balance. Success is doing what you love and doing it well-it doesn`t make a difference if you`ve got a thousand dollars or a billion dollars in the bank.

Spend less than you earn. You can`t possibly get ahead financially if you are spending more than your pay cheque.

Avoid consumer debt. It is a fool`s game to spend today so that you can work tomorrow to pay it off. It is a losing proposition because one day your working days are going to be over but the debt is still going to be hanging over your head.

You are who you associate with. We are all influenced by the people we spend our primary time with. If you aspire to achieve financial security then you need to find the right people to encourage this.

Gambling is a fool`s game. Trying to hit a home run with your money every time is losing a proposition with long term consquences.

Give back to the community. They say that to have more you need to give more. In 2006, buffet announced that he was giving  away over $30 billion to the Bill and Melinda Gates foudation, making the largest charitable donation in history.

Generosity and abandance go hand in hand. Generosity with your time, money, with your resources are great virtus to have, so always seek to pay it forward and to help others achieve what they want from life.

The name of the game of money is 'who is indebted into whom'. the more people you are indebted to the, the poorer you are, and the more people you have indebted to you, the wealthier you are. that is the game. W e are all indebted to someone else, the problem occur when the debt gets out of balance. Unfortunately the poor people of this world have been run over so hard by the game, they often can't get deeper into debt. If you have too much debt, the world takes everything you have.........your time, your work, your home, your life, your confidence, and then they take your dignity if you let them. The biggest reason why everyone is in debt is because money itself is debt, our currency is not an instrument of equity, but an instrument debt. Every shilling is backed by an IOU guaranteed to be paid by the taxpayers of the issuing country.
